The lottery is conducted only in states where lottery operations are permitted by the respective State Government under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998.

Age Restriction

Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one draw only and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Prize Claim
Winners must claim their prizes within the stipulated period as mentioned on the official results or website. Unclaimed prizes may lapse as per applicable laws.
Taxation
All winnings are subject to income tax as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The company will deduct TDS as applicable before disbursing the prize amount.
Prohibited Areas
The sale, purchase, or promotion of lottery tickets in states where lotteries are banned is strictly prohibited under Section 4(b) of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the decision of MAA LAXMI LOTTERY AGENCY shall be final. Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent court in Kolkata.
